The registrations fees for the workshops includes cost for the materials and facilitation for all activities, inclusive of all taxes. All meals included are vegetarian. The registration fee does not include food as well as Accommodation & Transportation costs, unless otherwise mentioned. Consumption of Alcohol is not permitted in Aurovilleguest houses.
As many of the events hosted by Auroville Green Practices have a limited capacity and thus registration will be closed once the limited capacity for that particular event has been reached. Confirmation of Registration is subject to first cum first basis upon receipt of the payment.
There is a No Refund Policy for any payments made to partake in a particular event. However transfer of the registration to another person is possible, given in writing before the set deadline for that particular event. In an event where a facilitator is unavailable, then the same will be substituted by an equally qualified facilitator or substituted with an activity on similar grounds.
In case of a cancelation of an event, refunds will be made by the same means it was originally made. Clients who paid by credit or debit card will be refunded directly to their credit or debit cards. Clients who paid by cheque or Demand Draft (DD) will be refunded by a cheque only. Similarly clients who paid by an online account transfer will be refunded by a direct account transfer. All refunds will be made within 10 business days from the cancelation date.
