Fifty first-year MBBS students visited Auroville Green Practices for an immersive workshop on sustainable living and environmental stewardship at the Unity Pavilion. Workshop activities included Smart Mini Grid presentation, Eco Pro site visit, Eco femme interactive session, and Closing Circle.
This workshop equipped future healthcare professionals with knowledge that extends beyond medicine, empowering them to advocate for environmental health and sustainable practices in their communities.
The sessions provided a meaningful understanding of sustainable energy use and sanitation practices, highlighting the importance of conscious living and responsible use of resources. The visit to Auroville was insightful and left a positive impression on the need for environmental sustainability

Program was well organized and planned. And also all the students were too engaged in exploring new fields apart from regular college study works. Making them feel refreshed and learning self sustainability.
